Wan Bridge, a Texas-based builder and operator of build-to-let (BTR) communities, introduced the company’s newest community, Pradera Oaks, in Rosharon, TX. Located just south of Houston in the Village of Bonney on the Pradera Meadows Loop, Pradera Oaks is an upscale 800-home rental community with three- and four-bedroom two-story single-family detached homes for rent ranging from 1,700 at 1,800 square feet.
“With the continued and historic increase in people moving to Texas and the housing stock remaining low, there is a desperate need for residential options outside of traditional homeownership,” said Ting Qiao, CEO of Wan Bridge. “Pradera Oaks enjoys all the brand benefits of our community amenities and more, providing residents with five-star property management service, and we look forward to welcoming residents to our new community, an affordable luxury single-family offering in the suburbs of Houston. ”
Pradera Oaks features lush landscaping, tree-lined streets, and spacious lots for homes, each including a two-car garage. The community also includes a lake, jogging trail, dog park, playground, and wading pool. Pradera Oaks will have an on-site property management team responsible for all lawn care and maintenance requests.
Wan Bridge recently announced an expansion of its pipeline by more than 1,000 additional BTR units across the state of Texas in partnership with developer Land Tejas and held a grand opening in its first Texas community in Denton, Texas. The company plans to open 20 to 30 new BTR communities in the suburbs of Houston, Dallas and Austin over the next 12 months and build 30,000 homes primarily in the suburbs of major Texas metropolitan areas over the next five years.
