Trescal announces the acquisition of Cleanroom Management International (CMI) in Belgium, France and the Netherlands, and Aviatronik in Italy. These two companies add 13 million euros of total annual turnover and more than 100 calibration experts to the Trescal group. With these latest transactions, Trescal records its seventh and eighth acquisitions in 2021 and brings the total number of acquisitions to thirty-three since OMERS invested in Trescal in April 2018.
Founded in 1991, Cleanroom Management International operates from five locations to serve a diverse portfolio of life science customers, including leaders in the pharmaceutical industry. It specializes in the qualification of clean rooms, HVAC systems and thermal mapping as well as in the calibration of particle counters and photometers.
Founded in 1983, Aviatronik has two laboratories in Milan and Rome and is accredited in Radio Frequency and serves 700 customers, particularly in the aerospace and defense sectors.
