The best friend chosen as this year’s 2nd beneficiary!

The 10th annual SCV Charity Chili Cook-off is set to bring intense heat…chili heat. The annual charity event is scheduled for Friday, October 28, 2022.
Founded in 2021 by Blake Baker and Kristen Baker, the Baker Family Foundation (BFF) strives to positively impact our community by building a bridge between those in need and the resources needed for positive change. The Foundation is currently completing a strategic planning process to launch a young entrepreneur program in 2023.
“The BFF is honored to have been chosen as the recipient of this great community event!” Cathy Craig, Executive Director.
“This fun event has grown in popularity every year, making a difference to the organizations it has supported over the years,” said event co-chair Steve Portaro. Along with co-founder Nicole Stinson, he expects this year’s event to sell out.
