Fenix ​​Parts completes acquisition of Reno Auto Parts

HURST, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#acquisition–Fenix ​​Parent LLC, doing business as Fenix ​​Parts (“Fenix ​​Parts”), a leading recycler and reseller of original equipment manufacturer auto parts, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of Reno Auto Parts (“Reno”) in Hillsboro, Ohio.

Reno is a full-service automotive recycler serving the Cincinnati and Dayton markets. This is Fenix ​​Parts’ third acquisition in the Midwest and brings Fenix’s location count to 21 full-service locations and 4 self-service locations.
